All quiet in the chocolate kitchen

The Christmas chocolate festival is over, the ingredients have been packed away and the left overs eaten.

As most people know, I only make chocolates and do a pop-up shop twice a year. I go back to my day job for a couple of months before addressing the chocolate festival that is Easter.

In the meantime, if you do have any special requests, or an occasion you would like some chocolate for, please let me know and I will see what I can do.
